About Our Founder – Manny Marinos, CMI
My name is Manny Marinos and I am the owner and lead inspector of Homeguard Home Inspections. Our team of home inspection specialists are held to the highest standards to ensure our clients get the best home inspection possible – because that is what I built this company on. And a company does not last as long as ours for no reason.
I am a Long Island native with over 25 years of home inspection and home improvement experience. I am fully licensed and insured (NYS Lic. #16000060946). I am a Certified Master Inspector® trained by InterNACHI. My vast knowledge includes, but is not limited to: roofing; siding; electrical; plumbing; tile installation; and much more. I offer friendly advice to home buyers.
