Manny from Homeward Home Inspections recently inspected a townhouse that we are in process of buying. From the moment he showed up Manny explained the entire process, he asked if we had questions prior to beginning the inspection. He was very thorough in his inspection , taking lots of pictures and explaining things to me. He sent us our report in less than 3 hours of the inspection. The report was very detailed and thorough. I would highly recommend Manny to anyone wanting to purchase a new home.

Manny was punctual, thorough, and his report was extremely detailed - so many pictures! You can tell how experienced and knowledgeable he is. He pointed out issues, big or small, and gave thoughtful advice/guidance. In fact, my attorney said his was the most detailed report she had ever seen. Would 100% recommend him to any home buyer.

They were awesome! Received an honest and quality inspection. I would definitely use them again. Their report was thoroughly detailed with helpful recommendations. You can tell they’re sincere in protecting the buyers interest when you see their report and when they verbally address concerns to you on any issues going on with the house during the inspection.

Tom is a knowledgeable and thorough home inspector. He was laser focused and yet did not hesitate to answer any questions with a smile. He took the time to explain any concerning factors and what different things mean or why they happen. He made recommendations for when we move into the home as well as what we could inquire about as sellers for more peace of mind. Highly recommend !

Worked with Tom for the inspection of the home I am purchasing and I would absolutely recommend Homeguard Home Inspections. Thomas was my inspector and he was very knowledgeable, he had great advice . Took his his time and was very meticulous in his craft. I call to schedule an appointment for the purchase of buying a home. I need a home inspection quickly. Tom was at the house earlier and already started. Tom was knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing and answered all my questions.
